On the 2019+ Ram 2500, 3500, and Power Wagon platforms, the bolt-on frame mount that comes on the truck from OEM, is made from Aluminum. The OEM Aluminum bracket is plenty strong, but we have found that when using an aftermarket Track Bar like ours, the very high mandatory mounting bolt torque combined with the smaller surface area crush sleeve ends, can make the sleeve compress the aluminum.

When this happens it's virtually impossible to keep the Track Bar frame side mounting bolt tight. Our bracket is basically just a copy of the factory aluminum mount, but just made from steel for a bit more long term durability.

    Found the missing problem . 21 ram 3500

    I’ve been hunting down an issue causing my death wobble on my 21 ram 3500 and after 5 months 9k miles and 4 different shops telling me “no everything is tight no problems it’s the tires” “nothing we could find I think it’s the tires”. Changed tires and still persisted . From what I could find the factory mount period will deform and loose its tightness with the bar . I’ve run factory tires since new just a lot of highway driving. This product is extremely robust compared to factory bracket. Will add about 4 lbs to your total weight no doubt but this has been product I’ve been looking for and iam very happy with thurens execution with this bracket. I did have to use the bench grinder and grind down the bar end to fit the bracket but wasn’t a big deal. Highly reccomend this bracket from thuren . They shipped it out from Oregon and to my location In ohio in 18 hours.

    Great aftermarket piece

    Had to drill out the holes on the bracket that the 2 grade 8 bolts go thru and get 2 new lock nuts since the ones sent by Thuren were wrong and metric threads. Overall its a great piece and should hold up a lot better than factory, just sucks when it doesnt just 'bolt right in' with no problems

    Better than stock

    With the factory bracket being aluminum and needing to torque to 215ftlbs it tends to bend over time and lose torque. With this steel bracket it keeps the torque accurate.

    Pw Track Bar Bracket is a large step up the Aluminum Oem .
    Tips ,
    Remove DS Sway Bar end link and you gain easier access
    Installation was straight forward and couldnt be happier .

    Great HD bracket. Just be prepared to unbolt the sway bar links if you have the Thuren sway bar kit as well as making sure you have a crescent wrench to fit between the coil spring and the frame for one of the bolts. Just used another wrench for leverage on that one. Would be a great time to check your track bar bushing as well
