  • Adjustable
  • Through-shaft technology prevents any internal pressure from inducing steering push/pull
  • The ATS Steering Damper uses metal bearing ends and is externally adjustable
  • The ATS Steering Damper damping force with the valve wide-open feels similar to the TS version. You can easily turn the flathead screw click adjuster to stiffen it up if you like. This version is great for larger tires that tend to have a little more wobble, the firmer settings is much more effective than the TS version
  • Comes with bracket shown, needed for installation

Great customer service!

The folks at Thuren, especially Zeb, have been amazing. You can buy parts at lots of places but the help I've gotten from Thuren on suspension build and install had been excellent. Zeb went back and forth with me on part selection for my '26 RAM 2500, helping me get the right bits for my use. When I ran into some installation concerns, he replied immediately with solutions based on his experience. A buddy recommended Thuren to me and I will gladly do the same. Makes me wish I had more tricks to upgrade 😀

2014–2026 Ram 2500 Fox 2.0 ATS Steering Damper — Initial Review

Coming from a King damper, I’m happy with the Fox 2.0 ATS Damper so far. Installation was straightforward, and the biggest difference I noticed was how much smoother and lighter the steering feels. It takes some of the heaviness and feedback out of the steering without making it feel disconnected.

On the factory tires, I’m currently running it at 7 clicks, and the steering feels amazing—smooth, controlled, and noticeably easier to manage.

I’m still waiting to get my 38s installed, so I consider this an initial review. The larger tires will be the real test of how well the ATS handles the additional weight and steering load. So far, though, I’m very impressed with it and happy with the purchase.

Fox 2.0 ATS is a great product

This is my second 2.0 ATS. My first one fell off and was damaged in an unfortunate accident. The second one that is currently on my truck was a little bit stiffer than my first one. However I did drive for several weeks without a steering dampener. I was a little upset that I didn’t get any thuren stickers in my box. Thuren has the best product stickers.
