Details:

  • First place to start if your vehicle has ANY strange handling traits.
  • Made from 1.50"x3/8" wall 1026 DOM tube.
  • Delrin machined frame side bushing.
  • CNC machined form threaded Heim joint tube end.
  • Bead blast textured, then highest quality Powder Coated.
  • Adjustable length (within spec)
  • Grease fitting for frame bushing.
  • Extreme duty FK Teflon lined rod end at axle side.

The OEM 2013+ Track Bar has been upgraded from the previous 2003-2013 design, and is not "absolutely mandatory" to replace right away on a new truck, as previously suggested. If you're nearing 20,000 miles on the OEM Trackbar, it's a good idea to plan on getting our Trackbar as an upgrade.

Our Trackbar is designed to be VERY rigid. Often people will think that having a rigid track bar will give steering vibration and rattle. This is simply not true being that the Trackbar is technically a steering support. You want and steering supports to be as low deflection as possible.

Note on 2019+ trucks: While a rare occurrence, our trackbar can at times slightly rub the 2019+ Aluminum bolt-on frame side mount. This contact is VERY slight if at all, and causes no issue. If yours touches and you want to have zero contact at that location, a 30 second job with a flat file can provide all the clearance needed.

Power Front Track Bar Upgrade

Product shipped very promptly, I had the old unit out and new unit in in about an hour and half mostly due to getting the 27mm bolts loose on my 2018 PW. Installation was very simple and the new track bar is absolutely amazing and it fixed the steering wobble I would get in turns at 65mph or more. Cannot wait to get the King steering stabilizer next and will also be getting truck aligned to Thuren spec. which I should have done the day I got 37's on the truck. I'm very pleased and will continue to add Thuren products to my truck.

Thuren 2019-2024 Ram 2500/3500/PW Track Bar Bracket & 2014-2024 Power Wagon Front Track Bar

The Thuren 2014-2024 Power Wagon Front Track Bar & the Thuren 2019-2024 Ram 2500/3500/PW Track Bar Bracket is the best track bar & bracket in the world. I also installed the Thuren Fabrication 2014 -2023 Dodge Ram 2500/Power Wagon Rear Track Bar Kit. The rear track bar works great also. My tuck is a 2019 RAM POWER WAGON. It is all original. I changed the tires to Toyo MT; they are the same size tires that the truck had on it when I bought it new. The truck drives great with the new track bars from Thuren. The truck feels really solid and does not wobble or bounce like it used to with the stock track bars. Thuren track bars are worth installing on any RAM Truck. Thuren products are the best. I had the Track Bars installed on my truck at the Hammer Performance shop in Sunland Park, NM 88063.

Powerwagon front track bar

I had lifted my 2022 powerwagon with a 2 inch BDS lift. It came with a replacement adjustable track bar. It rode fine for a few hundred miles but the thick adjustment collar would not stay locked in place even after proper torque had been done several times. After a few thousand miles, dust and dirt had entered the bushings and there was no way to grease them, making my truck obnoxiously squeaky and noisy. It was a horribly designed bar. I have replaced with the Thuren track bar and could not be happier. It came adjusted and tourqed to specs. Easy install. No more slop. Highly recommend this product.
