Machined Delrin replacement Track Bar Bushing Kit

Regular price $40.00CNC machined Delrin Trackbar bushing. Fit's the frame side on 2003+ trucks, and the axle side on our 1994-2002 Trackbars. Comes standard on all of our Track Bar's. Delrin is an extremely strong structural, very slippery, Thermoplastic. We machine these in house from solid bars of Delrin.
Fitment:
- ONLY FITS THUREN BRAND TRACKBARS.
- Does not fit OEM or other brand Trackbars.

** In mid 2007 Dodge started upgrading the hardware from 14mm to 16mm, but, they did this with no consistency. So, if you have a 2007 or 2008 truck, we highly suggest you verify the diameter of your bolt threads to see if you need a 14mm or 16mm bore bushing kit. If you have a 2003-2007 truck we also suggest you check your bolt threads diameter, as over the years many trucks have already been upgraded to the 16mm size. *** If you have an early 1994-2002 Thuren Trackbar manufactured before 2015, that does not look like our current offered design, you probably need the 14mm axle side bushing kit. Verify the 14mm thread size and if that is the case, order the 2003-2007 14mm kit, as it is the correct bushing for your application.
