New springs improved the ride of my truck. Before ordering the new coils I had already installed Bilstein 5100 shocks and now wish I had waited. I would like to look into different shocks that would compliment the springs even better. I also need to look into bump stops because when pulling my boat trailer ( 26foot Tritoon) either the rear shocks bottomed out or it was the stock bump stops I was feeling. It was transitioning from pavement to a concrete over pass when it would bottom out. I am happy with the springs but have a little fine tuning to do.
Replaced the thuren -.5 springs with the +1s. I prolly overloaded the -.5s alot with concrete, lumber and drywall. Ride quality unloaded on the highway is a little better honestly. I dont know why, maybe the truck likes the rake. Biggest reason for replacement is to fit the new thuren load bump stop things. +2 thuren front springs and all the thuren goodies, fox 2.0s and 35s on stock wheels. The rake looks better than the flat perfect level look too. I'd recommend these
Wasn’t sure what coil to choose but went for the soft rate 1” lift and the truck rides amazing. Sits at the perfect height. If you tow you may want to add the LCS boogie bumps as the soft rates typically sag a bit more with tongue weight.
My truck still sits a bit higher in the back
Made my ram 2500 go from ridding like a brick to ridding better than my old Chevy 1500 very impressed with the ride quality well worth the money
