The Thuren 1994-2002 Front Trackbar kit corrects suspension geometry, by relocating the upper bar main pivot to a more proper location. This upgraded engineering allowed us to reduce bump steer, while also improving overall steering quality with our extremely rigid unique Double-Shear bracket mounting design.

Our frame side bracket is extremely easy to install compared to what has been historically available, and feedback after a few hundred of these kits sold has been even better than we expected. As of 3/2/23 Patent Paperwork has been filed and paid for, so now we are legally Patent Pending on this design!

Fitment:

  • 1994-2002 Ram 2500/3500
  • 1994-2001 Ram 1500 4x4.
  • 1999-2002 may require slight grinding for fit. Read STEP 13 HERE .

Details:

  • Includes our Tool Steel 33mm/1.28" Crowfoot Wrench
  • Can function on any 0" - 4" suspension lift and is designed to be used without a drop pitman arm.
  • Can support up to 13" suspension travel and allow the suspension to use factory bump travel.
  • Should clear most larger diff covers. We have not received feedback determining otherwise after a few hundred kits sold.

IMPORTANT MUST READ
POSSIBLE FITMENT ISSUES!!!!!

1) Some of the later 1999-2002 2500 & 3500 trucks may have a larger diameter Sway Bar, with a more curved shape to it. This bar has a inward "kick" to it, moving it closer to the frame.

This style bar will not work with our Track bar Kit. Please email us pictures of your factory 2500/3500 Sway Bar if you are unsure of the clearance needed, or plan on purchasing our Sway Bar kit. After 1000s of 1994-2002 Trackbar kits sold, we have only seen this issue pop up a few times.

2) If you have the PSC Big Bore SG851 Gearbox Kit, you will need one of these bolts ---> Click Here

3) If you have a 1994 - 1998 Model Truck and you have Sway Bar Links or a kit that requires you to flip the Sway Bar to the top side of the axle mounts, your Sway Bar will hit our Trackbar Mount.

1994-2002 Dodge Ram Front Track Bar Kit

After a bad experience with another vendor I gave Thuren a try. I had a question regarding fit on my 2000 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins. I was very pleased Thuren actually had a phone number to call. There wasn’t an answer on the initial call but they called back within 10 minutes and were able to answer all of my questions.

I placed the order and tracking information was quickly provided. The package arrived quickly and in good shape. The quality and completeness of the kit and packaging was very impressive. The very detailed instructions covered the necessary modifications and installation.

Finally Thuren’s track bar is a substantial improvement over the stock track bar and will noticeably improve the steering control of the truck.

Fit nicely on my 01 3500

This took all the bump steer and death wobble away from my truck for good. Steering is tighter than its ever been even with a worn sector shaft bearing on my box. Some slight cutting and bending was done to frame by mount to get bracket to fit perfectly. Took all but 5 mins to test fit and adjust frame with my 3inch cut off wheel. Once everything was in place and test driven zero creaks and pops just solid steering. Very nice kit and high quality welds zero fisheyes so I definitely like that. Get it!

I reached out to Thuren for help with my 2nd gen 2500 front end. I ordered coils, shocks and track bar and it drives better than ever!
