Thuren XHD Swaybar Links are the strongest, most versatile swaybar links available to fit the OEM front swaybar. These swaybar links work in conjunction with the OEM swaybar.

IMPORTANT NOTE: It's rare, but we have seen some of the 2010+ OEM Sway Bars that are a bit wider than normal, where the clevis slips over the bar. If you have a 2010+ truck please verify that the tip of your swaybar is no wider than 1.67".

Fitment:

  • Does not fit the 1994 to early 1998 "Cobra style" axle mounts.

Details:

  • Same proven orbital JKS poly inner bushings used on our Active Rate Sway Bar.
  • Fully grease-able
  • 3/16" steel welded super stout clevis adapter.
  • 17-4 stainless steel crush sleeves.
  • Zinc and Black Phosphate corrosion resistant hardware.

    Another beefy well-engineered and constructed Thuren product. Just added it in to my 10000 pound Powerwagon modified with Thuren track bars, Thuren springs, Fox shocks, Big Wig rear sway bar, Method HD wheels, BFG E 35s, White Knuckle Sliders, 4wd camper, etc...(Mods done sequentially so could tell incremental change positive mprovements.).....Just makes common sense that strengthening the torsion spring known as a sway bar with a heavier thicker connecting rod and strengthening the rotational connection that controls the axle is going to be a better tighter controlled ride. Front end seems a notch firmer when taking corners hard or hitting potholes at speed.
