The original goal of the Thuren 1994-2013 "Xtra-Soft" front coils coils was to address the HEMI and Power Wagon trucks, but these are PLENTY durable to be used as an extra soft front coil on the Diesel trucks also.

We actually prefer these XS coils on the 1994-2002 Diesel trucks over the true Diesel 2" and 3" coils, as the 2nd gens are quite a bit lighter than the 2003-2013 trucks.

The XS coil free-height is the exact same 22" as our standard Diesel coils, so full flex and ultimate wheel travel is still available, as long as all the appropriate shocks are used.

  • Fits 1994-2013 Ram 4 Wheel Drive, Solid Axle 4 link trucks
  • Does not fit the 2013+ Ram 3500, or the 2014+ 2500 and Power Wagon.

Details:

  • Be sure you measure Your Specific Truck to find the lift height you like.
  • Being very soft, the end lift height will vary quite a bit if weight is added to the front of the vehicle.

    What a difference

    I put these on a customers 96 12 valve paired with the high clearance arms and bilstein 5100’s and it’s unbelievable the ride quality difference! Thuren has the best products for dodge/ram suspension and I would highly recommend these to anyone!

    Great ride

    I have them on both my 2nd gen 2500 and 3rd gen 3500. Best ride in my opinion. Upgrade your shocks to really see the benefit.

    Solid coils for the price

    Coils ride soft and greatly improve the ride quality. If you are putting these on a stock 2nd gen cummins, you will have to use spring compressors because the stock control arms will max out before you can fit the coils in. Truck sits perfectly level and fits my -14 offset 35's with no issues. Doing the track bar next because the axle shifted and pulls to one side after the level.
